Tube amplifier repair is available to the public as time frees up from my busy studio and roadwork schedule. In general, I will retube an amp anytime that I'm in town but fixing non-working amplifiers will take longer.

When I do guitar repair it's generally available on a "per day" basis and usually in support of a recording project or tour.

Bixonic Expandora Expander:
This is a foot-switchable pedal that plugs into the Expandora and gives you an adjustable gain boost. You can get more distortion than was originally possible from the Expandora and it eliminates the need for opening the back to toggle the DIP switches. The pedal also includes a pull-knob function to get the "both DIP switches up" berserk mode. This mod has been done for Billy Gibbons, Joe Satriani, and Nashville studio ace Brent Mason.

Proco Rat adjustable low-end boost:
Missing the low end when you switch on your Rat pedal? This mod adds a trim pot or knob adjustable low-end boost.

Proco Rat clipping switch:
This switch gives you a more tube-like distortion from your Rat pedal. It is complete with a pulsating LED when engaged.

TS-808 conversion to TS-9 Tube Screamer:
A warmer/smoother distortion from your TS-9 or reissue. This includes the original JRC4558 dual op-amp.

TS-9 Tube Screamer expander modification:
More highs and lows with an improved op-amp for better mids.

TS-9 Tube Screamer adjustable expander mod:
All of the above with trim pot adjustment of the extreme highs and low end. The ultimate tube screamer modification.

Wah-Wah adjustable gain boost:
This is a pot of the side of your Wah-Wah to give you any level of gain boost you desire. This greatly expands the range of any Wah.

A must for any Wah pedal and most vintage style pedals. Uses a quality Carling DPDT footswitch.
